Exchange or Store Credit for 14 days after purchase.

We don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

We offer free return shipping for exchanged items (excluding international customers). You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. 

If you wish to return an item you must complete a Return Request, to do this please login to your Uniqi Account

Completed

Select the relevant order # you wish to return & click Return Item(s)

Fill out the appropriate Fields & Submit your Return Request.

Follow the Return Request Instructions.

 

Please Note

The items must:

  • be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. 
  • not smell of ladies perfume/deoderant so please take due care when trying on your order. 

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.  Uniqi staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. 

 

Store Credit

Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer. 

We issue a store credit becasue we can not gaurantee that you orginal product will still be in stock for an exchange.

The Store Credit can be used to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, if available.

Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. You will have received an email with details of the Store Credit.

Store Credits can only be used online and not instore. 

 

Faulty Items

We inspect all items thouroughly before shipping out to ensure the highest quality

However if you garments is faulty, we are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
